Children and young people

“You’re such a family friendly church and have always made us feel so welcome. To anybody that’s thinking about going to Holy Trinity – don’t think twice, just go!”
Children in services

Children and young people are welcomed and valued as an important part of our church family here at Holy Trinity.

Our 10am service is a Family Service where anyone of any age is always welcome. We have a soft area for younger children to play with their parents or carers during the service. There is space for buggies to be brought in if your baby is asleep, and there are toilets in the church. You are welcome to breastfeed.

Older children have the opportunity to go into groups led by an enthusiastic and dedicated team. Before the children go into their groups they are all invited to come to the front to play an instrument and join in with the children’s hymn.

Safeguarding

You can find our safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults, and get information about who to contact if you have concerns, from our page on safeguarding.

“[My son] particularly enjoys getting up and singing the children’s hymn with the percussion instruments. As the mother of one of the loudest children ever I feel qualified to say it’s extremely welcoming and non judgemental – thank you, keep doing what you’re doing!”
